Terms of Service – GPM Gaming PC Master

By accessing or using this website (“Site”) and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using or purchasing from GPM Gaming PC Master.

1. Access to Services & Accounts

1.1 Eligibility. By using the Services, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your region) and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

1.2 Account Creation. You may be required to provide personal information such as your name, email, billing, and shipping address. You agree that all information is true, current, and complete.

1.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity on your account.

1.4 Fraud & Verification. GPM Gaming PC Master reserves the right to verify your identity, refuse or cancel orders, and suspend access if fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected.

1.5 Non-transferability. Your account and rights under these Terms may not be sold, transferred, or assigned without written permission.

2. Products & Descriptions

2.1 Product Accuracy. We strive to display products as accurately as possible. However, colors and materials may appear differently depending on your device or monitor settings.

2.2 Availability. Products and prices are subject to change or discontinuation without notice. We reserve the right to limit sales of any product to specific regions or individuals.

2.3 Custom Builds. All custom-built PCs are assembled according to client specifications and are non-refundable once assembly begins, except in cases of verified defects or warranty issues.

2.4 Use at Your Own Risk. Overclocking, hardware modification, or improper installation voids all warranties.

3. Orders & Payments

3.1 Order Acceptance. An order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., stock errors, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing).

3.2 Prices. All prices are listed in euros (€) unless stated otherwise. Taxes, duties, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

3.3 Billing Information. You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information. We may cancel or refuse an order if payment fails.

3.4 Promotions & Discounts. Offers and discounts are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Processing Time. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Custom PC builds may take 5–10 business days depending on configuration and availability.

4.2 Delivery Estimates. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. GPM Gaming PC Master is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors.

4.3 Risk of Loss. Once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk transfer to the customer.

4.4 Customs & Import Fees. Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties and taxes for international shipments.

5. Returns & Refunds

In summary:

  • Standard components can be returned within 14 days if unopened.

  • Custom-built PCs are non-returnable except for technical defects covered by warranty.

  • Refunds are issued after inspection and approval.

6. Warranty

6.1 Warranty Coverage. All new components and builds are covered by a 2-year warranty (EU standard).

6.2 Exclusions. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, overclocking, third-party modifications, or improper use.

6.3 RMA Process. Defective items must go through an official RMA process before replacement or repair. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership. All logos, names, images, product descriptions, and other materials on the Site are property of GPM Gaming PC Master or its licensors.

7.2 Restrictions. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

7.3 Trademarks. “GPM Gaming PC Master” and its logos are registered or pending trademarks and may not be used without authorization.

8. Third-Party Services

8.1 Shopify Hosting. Our online store is powered by Shopify. Purchases are made directly with GPM Gaming PC Master; Shopify is not a party to your transaction.

8.2 Third-Party Links. We are not responsible for content, policies, or practices of third-party sites linked from our platform. Use them at your own risk.

9. Feedback & User Content

By submitting feedback, ideas, or reviews, you grant GPM Gaming PC Master a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free right to use, display, and modify that content for business purposes.

You confirm that your content:

  • does not infringe others’ rights,

  • contains no defamatory or illegal material,

  • and that you own or have permission to share it.

10. Errors & Inaccuracies

Despite our best efforts, information may contain errors or omissions. We reserve the right to correct such errors and cancel affected orders at any time, even after confirmation.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services:

  • for any unlawful or harmful purpose,

  • to violate any laws or third-party rights,

  • to transmit malware, spam, or fraudulent information,

  • or to interfere with the operation of the Site.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GPM Gaming PC Master, its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Your exclusive remedy is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service.

These Terms and any related transactions are governed by the laws of Austria (EU).
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vienna (Wien).
