Return & Refund Policy – GPM Gaming PC Master

1. Overview
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unassembled, with all original packaging, cables, manuals, and accessories included.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Custom-Built Products (Important)
Because each custom gaming PC is built specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once the build process has started — unless there is a hardware defect or damaged component.
Custom builds can only be repaired or replaced under warranty if components are faulty or damaged.
This policy protects both the customer and GPM Gaming PC Master from unnecessary losses due to custom configuration orders.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Contact us immediately if:

The item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product.
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right — either by repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

Custom-made PCs or configurations

Special orders or personalized builds

Gift cards

Downloadable software or activation keys

Perishable or hazardous materials (where applicable)

5. Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible) and make a new purchase for the replacement.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

7. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order was shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason, provided the item meets the return conditions above.
Custom-made builds, however, are excluded from this right under EU law, as they are made to customer specifications.
