Shipping Policy – GPM Gaming PC Master

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom-built PCs require additional 5–10 business days for assembly, internal testing, and quality assurance, depending on configuration and component availability.

⚙️ Note: Processing times may be extended during holidays, sales, or component shortages.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • 🇦🇹 Austria & Germany: 2–5 business days

  • 🇪🇺 Other EU countries: 5–10 business days

  • 🌍 International shipping: 10–15 business days

📦 Important: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or external circumstances beyond our control.


3. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
All shipments are sent using insured and trackable services (e.g., DHL, DPD, UPS).


4. Ownership & Risk of Loss

Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss or damage transfer to the customer.
GPM Gaming PC Master is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused during transit after the package leaves our facility.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at GPMtechpro@gmail.com if your item is damaged, defective, or missing.
We may request photos of the packaging and product for claims.
If the shipping carrier confirms the loss or damage, we will assist you in filing a claim or arranging a replacement when possible.


7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the customer fails to collect it, reshipping costs will apply.
Orders that cannot be delivered may be refunded minus shipping and handling fees.


8. International Shipping Policy

We currently ship from Vienna, Austria to most EU countries and select international destinations.
If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
